It's probably even less than that, some part of those banned must have been gold seller bots.

In no way am I saying it isn't possible, I know people have accumulated large amounts of ecto/armbraces. I'm just saying we can't believe all the people claiming they lost some many ecto/armbrace and more specifically high end minis.

Edit: If 5 people come out saying they each lost a Vizu, you know that only means people think the price should go up more. We have no idea what has actually been lost. (btw, Im not trying to stop mini prices from increasing, as my "ecto holders" would only increase.

On a side note, I'm very glad to hear that they got both the botting accounts AND the main accounts of said botters

Anet should have confiscated all the mini's, ecto's and other items and hold a new weekend/day. Judgement Day: Dhuum returns for one day only [6hrs] and descends upon LA, showering gifts on some and pain on others.

Surprising to see so many cases where Anet got the botting accounts and seemingly managed to snare their non botting main/storage accounts as well.

Oh, and with regards to the now 'lost' rare mini pets and other similar treasures... don't let them rot on locked accounts, don't give them away via lotteries or other random competitions... use them for rewards in the automated tournaments, maybe even have a special tournament series in honor of Dhuum's labors... breathe some life back into the PvP side of the game and have Dhuum on hand to watch for botters and hand out prizes to the victors.

I'm pretty glad that all that ecto is out of the system to be honest, however, even though I am not a minipet collector, its a shame to see all the rare unded minis disappear.
